The website does not contain contact forms, account registration or newsletter sign-up. If you contact Sartoria Tofani by email or telephone, the Controller processes the information you choose to provide in order to respond.

When the website is requested, the systems used to deliver and protect it necessarily process technical connection data. Depending on the production hosting service, technical logs may include an IP address, the requested page, date and time, browser or device information, referrer data and information about errors or security events.

Technical logs, where retained by the production hosting provider, are kept according to the provider’s configuration and only for operational and security purposes. Data that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

The website may set one first-party technical cookie named NEXT_LOCALE. It contains only the selected language code (en or it), uses the SameSite=Lax attribute and, in the current configuration, has no persistent expiry, so it lasts for the browser session.
